I am a member of Orange County Board of REALTORS and North San Diego County Board of REALTORS. Offices in Monarch Beach, Orange County and Bonsall, North San Diego County.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Monarch Beach, and Laguna Hills. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Due to my accounting background and finance I also specialize in 1031 Exchanges, Syndications and Investments.
My career takes me back to Sonoma County where I specialized in ranches and vineyards. I am enjoying working with groves and ranches and groves again this time in Northern San Diego County.
Personal
My passion for real estate and people started in 1976. My background is accounting and business. It started with my Dad. He could not understand what I was doing sitting behind a desk when I enjoyed people so much. Yes, he was the culprit behind my real estate career.
I was born, raised and educated in Venezuela for my first nine years. Learned to speak English in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I speak and read Spanish fluently. I understand and with a little of more practice I will be able to speak French the same way again.
I have three children. Yes, I am an athletic person. I workout, run, ski, play tennis, bike, golf, hike ride horses and walk on the beach when ever I can. I love music and I sing where ever and when ever I can to keep up with my children.
I have a passion for life and the people in my life.
I find that the more I give the more I get in return. I like staying involved in my community. I like to make a difference.
