I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, horse properties, land, ranches, groves orange, avocado and income property within the cities of Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Monarch Beach,Laguna Hills all the way to North San Diego County. The past three years my business has taken me to North San Diego County where I bring my past knowledge in horse ranches and orchards from my Sonoma County days.
I keep current with the transactions in these areas and community changes with my involvement in local goverment relations.
Due to my accounting background and finance I also specialize in 1031 Exchanges, Syndications and Investments.

Personal
Born, raised and educated in Venezuela for my first nine years. Learned to speak English in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Returned to Venezuela for High School. While there I started my business career as an interpretor for General Dynamics. Returned to the United States for College and I have been here ever since. I am proud to be a U. S. citizen. I speak and read Spanish fluently. I understand and with a little of more practice I will be able to speak French the same way again. I am an atheletic person. I workout, run, ski, play tennis, bike, golf,hike and walk on the beach when ever I can. I love music, another passion and I sing where ever and when ever I can. |
